Patrice O'Neal, comedian and actor, dead at 41

Patrice O'Neal, a comedian and actor who appeared on Charlie Sheen's Comedy Central roast, recently died at age 41.

He passed away in a New York hospital a month after suffering a stroke that was spurred by his diabetes. At the time of his death, the 6'5" comedian weighed about 300 pounds, People magazine said.

"It is with terrible sadness we must report that Patrice O'Neal has passed away this morning at 7:00am due to the complications of the stroke he suffered on October 19," according to a message on his official website. "Many of us have lost a close and loved friend; all of us have lost a true comic genius. His mother, who was also his best friend, was at his side."

O'Neal's manager, Jonathan Brandstein, said in a statement carried by the Associated Press that the comedian died on the morning of Tuesday, November 29, adding: "Many of us have lost a close and loved friend; all of us have lost a true comic genius."

Patrice is survived by his wife, Vondecarlo, his step daughter Aymilyon, sister Zinder, and his mother Georgia.

O'Neal recently took part in the "Comedy Central Roast of Charlie Sheen" in September and also appeared on the "Opie and Anthony" radio show regularly. He also had parts in television shows such as "The Office," "Chappelle's Show" and in films such as "Scary Movie 4."

"The entertainment world as well as the world at large lost a brilliant man today," Sheen Tweeted. "Patrice had that rare 'light' around him and inside of him. I only knew him for the few days leading up the Roast. Yet I will forever be inspired by his nobility, his grace and his epic talent. My tears today are for the tremendous loss to his true friends and loving family."

Bikini-Clad Jennifer Lopez Lounges with Shirtless Casper Smart in Hawaii

Fashionista Jennifer Lopez didn't go shopping on Black Friday. Instead, she feasted her eyes on Casper Smart, her 24-year-old dancer beau of just a few weeks, who doffed his top during a sexy Thanksgiving vacation in Kauai, Hawaii.

New photos from Friday reveal Lopez, 42, sipping a tropical cocktail and lounging in her bikini in a cabana alongside her topless, muscular new man. As previously reported by Us Weekly, Lopez, Smart and her 3-year-old twins Max and Emme spent the Thanksgiving holiday in Hawaii.

Kim and Kourtney Kardashian get ratings boost with 'New York' season 2

The season 2 premiere of Kim Kardashian's latest reality show, "Kourtney & Kim Take New York," was watched by almost 3.2 million people, marking a 6 percent rise from last year.

About 2.3 million of the viewers were between the ages of 18 to 49 and 1.7 million were women, preliminary figures by Nielsen Media Research showed. Last year's premiere of the series, a spin-off of E!'s "Keeping Up With The Kardashians," was watched by about 3 million viewers.

Sunday night's season 2 premiere showed moments from the Los Angeles socialite's 72-day marriage to basketball player Kris Humphries, which was plagued by constant squabbling after the two moved in with her sister and her boyfriend and son.

Durign the episode, Humphries' patience is tested by organic snacks, morning face-licking and a glimpse of his wife and sister-in-law participating in a yoga class taught by a nude, male instructor (see more details about the episode).

Kardashian filed for divorce on October 31. Humphries now lives in his native Minnesota.

Fashion Faceoff: Gwyneth Paltrow vs. Nicole Kidman

This should be interesting! Oscar-winning actresses Gwyneth Paltrow and Nicole Kidman, who both happen to be married to big name musicians, donned the same patterned one-shoulder Stella McCartney dress in two very different ways barely one week apart! Now while you probably won't be a big fan of the dress -- and trust me, you won't -- we still have to decide just who wore it best.

Gwyneth, 39, showed off her gams in a thigh-grazing blue version of the frock while attending Coach's 70th Anniversary party in Beijing, China, on November 17. The "Glee" guest star matched her black heels and clutch to the black hemline on her dress, and let her straightened hair down.

Nicole, 44, tried on the look at the 2011 BMI Country Music Awards in Nashville on November 9. The "Moulin Rouge" actress selected a red, floor-length version, which she accessorized with green earrings.

Let's get this out of the way: This dress isn't the most flattering on either woman. Their closets must be filled with designer creations for the red carpet, so why did they both opt for this one? Sigh. But since they did, I give Gwyneth points for making her overall look more fun by choosing the frock in the right length for her body. Nicole, on the other hand, loses even more points for choosing a color that clashes with her hair. I'm going to call this one for Gwyneth. Do you agree?

Kristen Stewart's 'Twilight: Breaking Dawn' wedding dress replica hits stores

Twi-hards everywhere will now be able to look like Bella Swan did when she walked down the aisle in "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1."

The wedding dress featured in the film worn by Kristen Stewart was originally designed by Carolina Herrera and Summit Entertainment has given the green light to bridal retailer Alfred Angelo to make a replica of the gown to sell in their stores.

The dress went on sale Tuesday, November 22 for $799. It features the same lace-trimmed sleeves and plunging neck-line Swan wore for exchanging vows with Edward Cullen for their big wedding in the movie.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the gown featured in "Breaking Dawn - Part 1" was made out of silk while the replica is made of liquid satin.

The penultimate film in the "Twilight Saga" franchise opened big in its debut weekend with $139.5 million. The film reportedly made $283 million worldwide.

The domestic total gave "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1" the second-best debut weekend for the franchise, after the $142.8 million launch for 2009's "The Twilight Saga: New Moon."

"The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1" depicts the wedding of Bella Swan, a human played by Kristen Stewart, and Robert Pattinson's character, vampire Edward Cullen, and the consequences of their union. The movie is the first part of the fourth installment of the fantasy romance series, which is based on the novels by Stephenie Meyer.

The movie also stars other returning cast members such as Ashley Greene, Nikki Reed, Kellan Lutz and Jackson Rathbone, who play Cullen's adopted siblings. Their parents are portrayed by Peter Facinelli and Elizabeth Reaser.

The previous three movies, the first of which was released in 2008, have grossed more than 1.8 billion worldwide. The second part of "Breaking Dawn" is due to be released on Nov. 16, 2012.

Kris Humphries mentions 'difficult time in my life' when talking watch endorsement deal

Kris Humphries acknowledged he was going through a "difficult time in my life" at a press conference on November 17, to announce his new deal to endorse Sector watches.

The 26-year-old NBA player was married to Kim Kardashian for 72 days before she filed for divorce on October 31. He is also currently dealing with an NBA lockout that prevents any games from taking place. Humphries will reportedly earn an estimated $150,000 from the deal, according to Us Weekly.

"I'm happy to be here," Humphries said, according to the magazine. "As you all know, this has been a difficult time in my life, and I'm so grateful [for] my friends at Sector for their unwavering support."

"I'm really honored to be with the Sector brand," he added. "A portion of the sales will go to my foundation which is all set up to fight against childhood obesity and it's a really great thing."

Since Kardashian filed for divorce, Humphries has kept quiet about his personal life with the exception of a single statement he made in regards to the divorce.

"I'm committed to this marriage and everything this covenant represents. I love my wife and am devastated to learn she filed for divorce ... I'm willing to do whatever it takes to make it work," Humphries said in a statement at the time.

Kardashian and Humphries began dating in late 2010 and announced their engagement in May. The reality star was previously married to music producer Damon Thomas. The two wed in 2000, when she was 19 years old, and divorced in 2004.

The wedding of Kardashian and Humphries took place on August 20 under tight security at a $20 million estate near Santa Barbara. More than 500 people, including celebrities, attended the highly-publicized event.

Kardashian, 31, cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split. She and Humphries, 26, have no children.

Justin Bieber takes DNA test after paternity suit dropped?

Justin Bieber appears to have followed through on his plans to take a DNA test to try and prove he is the not the father of Mariah Yeater's baby son, a report says.

The 20-year-old California woman recently dropped a paternity lawsuit against the 17-year-old pop singer, who she had claimed had a sexual encounter with her after one of his concerts in Los Angeles in the fall of 2010. Her son was born in July. Bieber had said he had never even met Yeater.

A representative for Bieber said at the time that the singer planned to submit to a paternity test. ABC News recently quoted a source close to him as saying that arrangements were made for him to undergo the procedure. He has not commented.

Yeater's lawyer has said that she and Bieber are trying to address the matter out of court and that it is possible that her lawsuit could be refiled in the future.

Despite the baby drama, Bieber and girlfriend Selena Gomez are still together. The two recently visited Belfast, where Gomez hosted the 2011 MTV Europe Music Awards and also attended Sunday's 2011 American Music Awards ceremony, during which Bieber performed on stage on his own and with the group LMFAO (pictured, above).

Regis Philbin still harboring 18-year-old grudge against Jerry Seinfeld

Jerry Seinfeld has coined his temporary takeover on "Live!" for Regis Philbin as "Operation Smooth Transition" but relations between the two TV titans were not always so peaceful.

Once upon a time, Seinfeld, who will sit beside Kelly Ripa as the first Philbin fill-in until Wednesday, strong-armed Philbin into an unfunny "Seinfeld" cameo that still has the TV talker steaming mad.

Philbin, 80, writes of the "minor (but everlasting!) quibble" in a chapter dedicated to Seinfeld in his new memoir, "How I Got This Way."

In 1994, Philbin and then-co-host, Kathie Lee Gifford, were tapped to guest on the "show about nothing" in a now-famous episode dubbed "The Opposite."

The script called for Kramer (played by actor Michael Richards) to promote his new coffee table book on "Live!" where he would spew hot coffee all over Gifford.

The real outrage, Philbin writes with characteristic zeal, was that "the Seinfeld writers had, for some reason, decided to have me react to Kramer's antics by repeatedly declaring, 'This guy's bonkos!'"

"I had never said the word bonkos in my life. I'd never even heard of the word!" Philbin writes. "I mean, it just wasn't funny -- and why should I become the only Seinfeld guest in history who never got a laugh?"

Philbin appealed to the writing team and Seinfeld himself -- yadda yadda yadda -- but no one would budge.

"Jerry, too, thought bonkos was hilarious," Philbin pouts.

Just as Philbin predicts, his 'bonkos' lines bombed with the audience.

"Kramer was a hilarious smash. Me and 'bonkos' -- on the other hand -- we got nothing, not even one laugh. Only silence. I mean, deafening silence," Philbin complains.

"I will never forget that silence, nor will I ever get over it," Philbin adds. "It remains embarrassing to this day."

Philbin's grudge appeared under wraps Monday when he praised Seinfeld and Ripa's first show together, telling Miami's WPLG that it was "a lot of fun."

Jennifer Hudson talks adjusting to her new look

Beyonce: It Was “Harder to Breathe” Performing While Pregnant

With her baby due this February, Beyonce's bump is completely bonafide and undeniable these days -- but, back in mid-August, when the superstar's pregnancy was still under wraps, but she worried the evidence was already obvious.

Beyonce performed four sold-out, intimate shows at NYC's Roseland Ballroom, and strutted her stuff in a skimpy, sequined mini-dress with a strategically placed bib over her still-tiny belly. (She announced the baby news Aug. 28 at the MTV Video Music Awards.)

PHOTOS: Beyonce's amazing bump style

"The whole time I definitely was thinking, 'Everyone knows, everyone can see,"' Beyonce, 30, said Sunday night during an onstage interview at NYC's Paris Theater, where she hosted a special screening for Live at Roseland, a concert film DVD documenting those shows.

The "Love on Top" singer also explained why she booked the quartet of shows at the tiny venue: With her baby on the way, the concerts would be her only opportunity in 2011 to perform songs from her 4 album for fans. And the mom-to-be certainly suffered for her art, too, she said.

PHOTOS: Her body evolution

"When you're pregnant, it's a little bit harder to breathe, so it was hard doing all the choreography and singing at the same time," said Beyonce, who dressed up her increasingly huge bump in a brown and gold Roberto Cavalli gown.

The DVD will also be a great memento for the child, Beyonce's first with husband Jay-Z; Beyonce hopes the movie (featuring tons of home footage from rehearsals, Beyonce's childhood, even a glimpse of her top-secret wedding gown) will impress her little one.

"[I hope he or she will say] I can't believe I was in that belly!" joked the star.

Lil Wayne Returns To New Orleans To Give Out Turkeys

Who says you can't go home again? With Thanksgiving just a few days away, Cash Money Records returned to New Orleans on Friday to hand out turkeys and give back to the city that birthed them.

"It's actually been my first time back here for the past eight or nine years, and they've been doing this for 15 years," Lil Wayne told MTV News. "I haven't been back here to do this for so long just being super busy, just always on tour."

Since Cash Money's meteoric rise in the music industry, Tunechi and Birdman have since relocated to Miami but have never forgotten their roots. Every year Baby and members of the Cash Money team return to help out the less fortunate, and even though it has been some years since Wayne himself went back to his old stomping grounds, Friday's experience isn't lost on him.

"Those times I did it years ago, I was just a kid and I was just doing it because Baby and Slim, we were giving away turkeys at a park and that's what we were doin'," Weezy said. "Now it's a totally different feeling, because I can actually give you that and say, 'Here, happy Thanksgiving.' I can do that, and I can provide that for you. That's a different feeling in general, and it's a beautiful feeling overall."

Typically quiet Cash Money co-founder Ronald "Slim" Williams doesn't take his record label's success for granted. "God blessed people to bless other people," he said. "It makes it so special for us to come back home and see a smile on people's face after they received their turkeys and all the other items that go with it. So it's real big and real special for us."

Overall, CMR co-CEO Birdman just wants the people from his old neighborhood to know that despite his multiplatinum success, he isn't that much different than the people in New Orleans. He hopes that going back to the community where he made his bones will spawn a new cycle of success. "Knowing we once were them, so for me to see that they see us hopefully it's an inspiration for them and something positive can come out of it, because we once were them," he said.

Chelsea Handler discusses $25 million deal with E! Network

Chelsea Handler appeared on "Piers Morgan Tonight" on Thursday to discuss her $25 million two-year deal with the E! Network and to exchange some flirtatious banter with the CNN host.

"I do behave badly and I get paid handsomely for it so I'm happy, happy to do it," Handler told Morgan. "It's a really good time to be me."

But Handler denied Morgan's suggestion that she was the queen of television, saying, "I'm not Oprah, I'm Chelsea."

With Handler's new contract, she will continue to serve as host and executive producer of her late night "Chelsea Lately" talk show through 2014 and will also develop other projects.

Her company, Borderline Amazing Productions also produces "Chelsea Lately" and her late-night spinoff show "After Lately."

Handler is also producing and appearing in NBC's "Are You There, Chelsea?" a comedy sitcom based on one of her best-selling books, "Are You There Vodka? It's Me, Chelsea." The series stars former "That '70s Show" star Laura Prepon and is slated to premiere on January 11, 2012.

"Chelsea Lately," which launched in July 2007, is ranked as the highest-rated and most-watched late night talk show among women between the ages of 18 through 34.

According to Fortune magazine, Handler celebrated her multi-million dollar payday by giving $1,000 in cash to each of her 138 staff members.

The talk show host recently offered some negotiation advice at Fortune's Most Powerful Women Summit and admit that her bravado comes in handy.

"I don't listen to anyone or any advice because I know exactly what I want and how I want it," Handler told the audience. "You have to ask for what you want. Just because there are parameters that have been set doesn't mean they can't be blown open."

Tyler Perry explains Kim Kardashian "Counselor" casting

LOS ANGELES (TheWrap.com) - Tyler Perry has caught no small amount of flak for casting reality TV star Kim Kardashian in his upcoming movie "The Marriage Counselor."

And now the writer/producer/media magnate has spoken out in defense of using the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star, whose resume is a little thin when it comes to officially scripted fare. Perry has posted a lengthy missive on his blog, detailing his reasons for casting Kardashian.

The takeaway from Perry's pro-Kardashian manifesto? He's doing it for the kids -- specifically, to get them into the theaters to see his movie and absorb its message.

The "Madea" auteur begins his justification with a little ice-breaker, acknowledging the flood of angry emails he's received over the casting decision with a joke.

"Y'all gave me a new movie title, Tyler Perry's 'Diary of a Mad Black Woman Cause You Hired Kim Kardashian, Don't Make Me Take Off My Earrings and Boycott Yo A**,'" Perry quips. "Some of my ladies are upset. OK, all jokes aside, can I have my say? Will you at least here me out?"

According to Perry, he cast Kardashian, 31, in the film because of the sway she has over the youth audience. Perry noted in his post that, after writing the script, he read through it and realized the importance of exposing a younger audience to the message of the film.

"YOUNG FOLKS NEED TO SEE THIS!!!" Perry said of "The Marriage Counselor, which trails an aspiring relationship expert whose own union becomes imperiled by outside influences.

Perry added that, as he was casting the film a couple of months ago -- "long before I even heard about Kim's marriage or divorce" -- he asked a producer which performers are admired by the nation's youth. After being shown a photo of a young crowd piling up outside of one of the Kardashians' Dash boutiques, Perry had his answer.

"I thought, 'What better person?'" Tyler recalled. "She literally has millions of young people following her. I thought and still do think, that it would be very responsible of her to be a part of this film."

Adds Perry, "If one of those young people see this film and find the strength to live a better life and not go through what these characters went through in this movie, then we have all done what I feel I'm being led to do here. I hope you understand. I really do!"

In the film, Kardashian plays Ava, a co-worker of the film's female lead character, Judith (portrayed by Jurnee Smolett), who's "constantly trying to influence Judith on everything from her shoes to her hair."

Since word of Kardashian's casting broke, a multi-front campaign on internet outrage has sprung up. Threatening to boycott the film if Kardashian wasn't axed from the production, many complained of Kardashian's supposed lack of moral fiber, in light of her 72-day marriage to NBA player Kris Humphries.

Former "The Talk" co-host Holly Robinson Peete, meanwhile, joked that the worldwide community of "blacktresses" were upset because Perry had eliminated a potential job for them by casting Kardashian.

Perry addresses the moral issue at the end of his post, asking, "And lastly, because I believe that my films speak from the inside out, why wouldn't Kim Kardashian be invited into a film about Faith, Forgiveness and the healing power of God? What is wrong with that??"

American Idol winner Ruben Studdard seeks divorce

..COLUMBIANA, Ala. (AP) — American Idol winner Ruben Studdard is divorcing his wife of three years, saying they haven't lived together since last year.

Court records show Studdard filed a contested divorce last week in Shelby County, where he lives in suburban Birmingham. The complaint says he and Zuri Studdard split in October 2010, and she now lives in the Atlanta suburb of Smyrna, Ga.

The complaint cites a "complete incompatibility of temperament" for the divorce, and it asks a judge to enforce a prenuptial agreement that was signed before they wed in 2008.

Studdard was known as the "Velvet Teddy Bear" when he won the second season of American Idol in 2003. Studdard is playing host to a weekend-long event in Birmingham that begins Friday and includes a half-marathon Sunday.

APNewsBreak: Demi Moore to divorce Ashton Kutcher

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Demi Moore is ending her marriage to fellow actor Ashton Kutcher, she told The Associated Press on Thursday.

Moore, 49, and Kutcher, 33, were wed in September 2005, but the couple's relationship became tabloid fodder in recent months as rumors swirled about Kutcher's alleged infidelity.

"It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton. As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life. This is a trying time for me and my family, and so I would ask for the same compassion and privacy that you would give to anyone going through a similar situation," she said in her statement to the AP.

The pair frequently used Twitter to communicate with each other as millions of fans followed along.

"I will forever cherish the time I spent with Demi," Kutcher tweeted Thursday. "Marriage is one of the most difficult things in the world and unfortunately sometimes they fail."

Moore said in 2007 that her May-December relationship with the star of "That '70s Show" and "Punk'd" — who is 15 years younger than Moore — "caught us both by surprise."

"If somebody would have said, 'OK, here is the prediction: You're going to meet a man 25 years old and he's going to see being with you and having your three kids as a bonus,' I would have said, 'Keep dreaming,'" Moore said in a 2007 interview with Vanity Fair. "I think it caught us both by surprise, and particularly him."

Kutcher became a stepfather to Moore's three daughters — Rumer, Scout and Tallulah Belle — from her 13-year marriage to actor Bruce Willis. Moore and Willis divorced in 2000 but remained friendly. Moore and Kutcher were photographed socializing with Willis, and the couple attended Willis' wedding to model-actress Emma Heming in 2009.

Moore and Kutcher created the DNA Foundation, also known as the Demi and Ashton Foundation, in 2010 to combat the organized sexual exploitation of girls around the globe. They later lent their support to the United Nations' efforts to fight human trafficking, a scourge the international organization estimates affects about 2.5 million people worldwide.

Moore can be seen on screen in the recent films "Margin Call" and "Another Happy Day." Kutcher replaced Charlie Sheen on TV's "Two and a Half Men" as is part of the ensemble film "New Year's Eve," set for release next month.

Haters Launch Petition to Take the Kardashians Off Television

What do Change.org and Occupy Wall Street have in common with some Kardashian haters? They all are organized groups of people trying to get something done — in the Kardashian case, they want the reality clan off of television for good!

"In a grass roots effort, we have collected [thousands of] signatures for a petition asking E! Entertainment to remove the Kardashian suite of shows from their programming," petition organizer Cyndy Snider said in a statement. "We feel that these shows are mostly staged and place an emphasis on vanity, greed, promiscuity, vulgarity and over-the-top conspicuous consumption."

The petition — available at GoPetition.com — is just one of the organized efforts to get the Kardashian/Jenner clan off television screens, clothes, and perfume and nail polish bottles everywhere. Websites and Facebook pages are also calling for their ouster.

"While some may have begun watching the spectacle as mindless entertainment or as a sort of 'reality satire,' it is a sad truth that many young people are looking up to this family and are modeling their appearance and behavior after them," Snider continued. "I'll remind you here that the Kardashian family fame largely started with a 'leaked' sex tape."

There's even a petition to get Kim Kardashian's role scrapped in the upcoming Tyler Perry film "Marriage Counselor." Comments on the Talk section of his website range from mild to pure outrage over her casting.

"I really am disappointed in your decision to keep Kim K. in your movie. She is a disgrace to herself and her family. She is a role model and she has disappointed her fans. Let her go. I guarantee she will bring your ratings down. Dump her," Marcell Troupe wrote.

Another fan gave a foolproof way to get in his movie.

"ATTENTION PEOPLE!!! Stop asking for handouts or to be in his next movie!! Don't you know Just make a SEX TAPE and he will cast you in his next movie no matter what his fans think!!!!!!! Kim K did so can you! :)" Jeromy wrote.

Yowza. Kardashian is reportedly working with renowned acting coach Susan Batson to improve her skills for her role as a woman actually working on her failing marriage — something she knows nothing about.

"Kim had been confident about the movie, but with recent events she has been worried that the stress of her real life would show through," an insider told Life & Style magazine. "So that's what Susan was there for."

Will it work? We'll see. In the mean time, the petition will still circulate.

"There is no particular religious or political platform behind our disgust; we are just finally fed up," Snider added.

Plenty of people are with you there, Cyndy!

Sharon Stone forms Facebook page to welcome returning troops

Sharon Stone is taking on social media and helping U.S. troops at the same time.

The actress says she's forming a Facebook page that welcomes returning military personnel home from duty.

Stone, 53, said the page will serve as a community bulletin board where people can thank the troops or where businesses can offer them jobs.

Stone said that with 38,000 military personnel coming home in the next few weeks, she wants her We Welcome Home Our Troops page to be a positive place where veterans can find support.

"When I saw President [Barack] Obama's address to the press discussing the return of our soldiers I felt compelled to find a way to let them know how much we appreciate and respect them," Stone wrote on the Facebook page.

Stone is known for her roles in films, such as "Basic Instinct" and "Casino." She has several projects in the works, including filming for the movie, "The Mule," which is set on the US/Mexican border and is about an American reporter searching for her missing brother.

Michael Jackson bed not put up for sale at auction event

The bed where Michael Jackson died in on June 25, 2009 is not up for auction at an upcoming event featuring items for sale from the late King of Pop's home set for December 17.

Julien's Auctions, the company behind the event, has removed the queen-sized headboard from items slated for auction from 100 North Carolwood Drive, Jackson's last residence. The headboard was the only item previously up for sale from the bed.

"At the request of The Estate of Michael Jackson, we are removing the headboard from the 100 North Carolwood Drive auction taking place on Saturday, December 17th," Darren Julien, the President/CEO of Julien's Auctions, said in a statement on the company's official Facebook page. "This item is the only portion of the bed that had been listed for auction, and no part of the bed remains for sale."

"Contrary to some erroneous reports, the bed itself was never included in the auction and, in fact, is the property of The Estate of Michael Jackson," the statement continued. "Michael Jackson has played a major part in the history of Julien's Auctions and we would never do anything that is not in the best interests of Michael's children, his mother or the Estate."

Dr. Conrad Murray was convicted on November 7 of involuntary manslaughter and is set to be sentenced on November 29. A conviction of involuntary manslaughter carries a maximum sentence of four years in prison and Murray, who had maintained clinics in Houston and Las Vegas, could also lose his medical license. The headboard was seen in evidence photos during the criminal trial of Murray.

Autopsy results show that Jackson died at age 50 on June 25, 2009 from an overdose of propofol, a powerful anesthetic that the singer referred to as his "milk," and other sedatives. Murray had administered the drugs to Jackson in the hours before his death. The King of Pop had suffered a cardiac arrest at his rented Los Angeles home and was pronounced dead at a hospital.

Julien's Auctions announced on the day Murray was convicted that it would sell the contents of the rented Bel Air mansion where Jackson last lived. Items set to be auctioned off include a Maurice Utrillo watercolor painting for $20,000 to $30,000, a Carol Johan Neumann work of art for $3,000 to $5,000 and burlwood Victorian Revival Style armoire for $6,000 to $8,000, according to the auction company's official website for the event. The Associated Press reports that a chalkboard with a message from one of Jackson's children that reads, "I (heart) Daddy" is also up on the auctioning block.

The company previously sold items from Jackson's Neverland Ranch in 2009 where one of the singer's spangled gloves was sold for more than $400,000, according to the wire service.

Julien's Auctions was also the company behind the recent auction of Jackson red leather jacket seen in the 1983 "Thriller" music video. The jacket was sold for $1.8 million on June 26.

George Clooney Considered Suicide After Massive Back Injury on Film Set

George Clooney is one of the most respected actors of our time, and one of the few still compared to the Golden Age of Hollywood. And yet, in 2005, he was considered throwing it all away by taking his own life.

In the current issue of Rolling Stone, Clooney talks about a massive spinal injury he suffered while filming SYRIANA back in 2005. The role earned him a Best Supporting Actor Oscar, but the pain was so severe, he almost couldn’t take it anymore:

“I was at a point where I thought, ‘I can’t exist like this. I can’t actually live’…I was lying in a hospital bed with an IV in my arm, unable to move, having these headaches where it feels like you’re having a stroke, and for a short three-week period, I started to think, ‘I may have to do something drastic about this’…You start to think in terms of, you don’t want to leave a mess, so go in the garage, go in the car, start the engine. It seems like the nicest way to do it, but I never thought I’d get there. See, I was in a place where I was trying to figure out how to survive.”

Luckily, the veteran actor made it through. This year has been one of his best, with his third directorial effort, THE IDES OF MARCH, as well as Alexander Payne’s THE DESCENDANTS both getting rave reviews. Clooney is so confident in the latter movie, that he says it needs to get nominated for some awards:

“If it’s not nominated for Best Picture, I’ll be shocked. It’s that good.”

The new issue of Rolling Stone is on newsstands now.

Brad Pitt to quit acting in three years?

Is Brad Pitt already thinking about quitting his on-screen career?

The 47-year-old actor and father to actress Angelina Jolie's six children said in a recent video interview with the Australian version of the show "60 Minutes" that he may leave the acting "business" in three years.

When asked what he planned to do afterwards, he said: "Hell if I know."

"I am really enjoying the producing side and development of stories and putting those pieces together," he added. "And getting stories to the plate that might have had a tougher time otherwise."

Pitt recently filmed the sci-fi movie "World War Z" and the crime thriller "Cogan's Trade," which are set to hit theaters in 2012. He is also due to start filming the movie "Twelve Years a Slave," which is set in the 1800s and tells of a New York man who is kidnapped and sold into slavery in the deep South. It also stars "X-Men" star Michael Fassbender and is due to be released in 2014.

Pitt has served as a producer on many of his films, including "World War Z" and the baseball movie "Moneyball," which was released earlier this year.

Pitt began his on-screen acting career in the late 1980s. His breakout role came in 1991, when he played a hunky con artist in the film "Thelma & Louise" alongside Susan Sarandon and Geena Davis. He has since earned Oscar nominations for his parts in the 1995 film "Twelve Monkeys" and the 2009 drama "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button."

Beyonce And Jay-Z Are Having A Girl, Kelly Rowland Accidentally Reveals

Kelly Rowland had an embarrassing slip in London yesterday -- no, not of the Janet Jackson variety. The former Destiny's Child singer may have accidentally revealed the gender of Beyonce and Jay-Z's baby while talking about how difficult a time she's having finding the perfect baby shower gift.

"I have no idea what I'm going to buy Beyonce at the baby shower because Jay is going to buy that little girl every single thing possible. She won't be spoiled but she will be very well looked-after," she told BANG Showbiz.

Whoops… It's a girl! Rowland seemingly didn't realize she may have inadvertently confirmed the supposed-to-be-top-secret news, continuing on with the interview without mentioning the slip-up. Or maybe she was just hoping no one would notice if she played it cool.

The "Motivation" singer can be partially excused: she had just snapped up the Ultimate TV Personality prize (at Cosmopolitan's Ultimate Women of the Year Awards) for her work as a judge on the British "X Factor."

Talking about the little lady-in-waiting-to-be-born, Rowland claims she'll even stick around for the less-adorable things babies do.

"I'll be on hand for babysitting duties and I'm actually very good with messy diapers," she assured reporters. Considering she just spilled the well-sealed beans, Jay and Bey just might take her up on that diaper duty offer.

Fashion Faceoff: Jennifer Lopez vs. Julianne Hough

This fashion battle is on! The adorable Julianne Hough recently challenged style diva Jennifer Lopez by wearing the same Rachel Zoe Fall 2011 tuxedo dress J.Lo did last summer in a different color only four months apart. But did the former "Dancing With the Stars" pro or the "American Idol" judge walk away with the victory? It's time for us to decide just who wore it better.

Jennifer Lopez, 42, showed off her toned gams in a short, white version of the dress in Paris on June 15. She matched it with movie star-cool sunglasses, a snakeskin clutch, white pumps, and, of course, some of that J.Lo bling in the form of H. Stern jewels.

Julianne Hough, 23, wore the same design in black for a screening of her flick "Footloose" in NYC on October 12. She also donned black heels and a black clutch.

The shape of this creation is chic, no matter the color or styling. However, as far as I'm concerned, Jenny from the Block rocks it better in this case, thanks mostly to the perfectly snug fit. The white hot hue of the garment, which highlights her signature glow, as well as the sparkling accessories are simply icing on the cake. And with that, I say Jennifer's the winner. Do you agree?

Kris Humphries Gears Up For Divorce By Hiring Attorney

While Kim Kardashian is busy with her divorce lawyers, Kris Humphries is also gearing up for the divorce as he recently hired an attorney of his own to handle matters. What can we expect from this big Kardashian divorce mess? Read on for more…

Kris Humphries is gearing up for his divorce from Kim Kardashian as the NBA star has hired his own attorney to handle the mess. Kris Humprhies isn’t going to hire anyone though, as reports say that Humprhies’ will use his own sports and entertainment attorney, Lee Hutton III. Hutton recently confirmed to TMZ.com that he has been retained to represent Kris Humphries in the divorce, and that there was no sign of reconciliation, despite the fact that Kris Humphries was adamant to do whatever it took to make the marriage work.

Lee Hutton represents a number of professional athletes, and has even helped Kris Humphries in other matters over the years, so it’s no wonder why Kris would want Hutton to represent him this time. The divorce should be easy and go smoothly as one source reports to E!: “He doesn’t want a war. He’s lying low,” regarding Kris Humphries. Sources have also claimed that Kim Kardashian does not want a bitter battle either – guess we will just have to wait to see how this one turns out!

What are your thoughts on this whole Kardashian divorce mess? Do you think it was staged? Sound off and tell us what you think by commenting below!

George Clooney Gets Candid About Sex

George Clooney is the kind of movie star who can seem too perfect to be real, but in the latest issue of Rolling Stone, on stands and available through Rolling Stone All Access on November 11th, the actor and director reveals that he's actually a pretty ordinary guy despite his looks, success, charm and fame. Well, sorta. In an interview with contributing editor Erik Hedegaard, Clooney is candid about sex, his struggle to control his temper and his passion for politics.

November 7-13: Heavy D Had Resumed Weight Loss Plan In Last Months

Family, friends, and fans of hip-hop star Heavy D are still in shock over his untimely death Tuesday in front of his Beverly Hills home. As a private funeral and public memorial are being planned in New York next week, more details about his struggles with his weight are coming to light.

While the cause of death has not yet been determined, it is believed to be related to a respiratory issue.

According to TMZ, Heavy D, who was 44-years-old and weighed 344 pounds at the time of death had recently resumed a workout regimen. He was also an established actor, appearing on "Law & Order: SVU," "Boston Public," and the new comedy blockbuster "Tower Heist."

One of Heavy's trainers discussed a fitness program with him three months ago at the Ultra Body Fitness gym in West Hollywood, TMZ reports. In 2008, this same trainer, named Tony, helped Heavy D lose 150 pounds.

Heavy D was reportedly frequenting a number of local gyms, and doing a variety of exercises including running, hiking, and boxing. Tony described Hev as a hard worker, recalling times when he worked out nearly every day.

Heavy also experienced another significant weight loss in 2002. Then, he lost 135 pounds, an accomplishment motivated by his desire to secure more acting work. In a 2003 interview with the Television Critics Association, Heavy recalled advice from a director.

"I went on a couple auditions, and one director was kind enough to say, 'Look, you would've had this part but you're not fitting, you're stifling yourself," Heavy told TCA. "He was right. I kind of always knew it in the back of my mind, and I just woke up on a Tuesday and I just kept going."

Heavy D will indeed be missed. Ironically, he released his last album, 'Love Opus," in September, and left the simple yet poignant message "BE INSPIRED!" on his Twitter page the day before he died.

Demi fasion faux pas

Demi Lovato delivered a fashion faux pas upon arriving at the 12th Annual Latin Grammy Awards on Thursday evening. The former Disney darling made the mistake of donning her baggy, raspberry-hued Roland Mouret dress backwards, with the frock's daring plunge in front. As a result, the intended silhouette suffered, along with our eyes. Overly curled hair extensions and black nail polish only added to her style misstep.

Jessica Simpson: I already want to have more kids

Pregnancy has been no inconvenience for Jessica Simpson so far. In fact, she loves it.

"Pregnancy was meant for me -- it really was," the Fashion Star mentor and Beauty Mint spokesperson tells PEOPLE. "I can't wait to have more kids. I love being pregnant. I have such an incredible connection with myself and with my body that I've never had before."

Simpson, 31, also says pregnancy has been a spiritual time, too.

"Just knowing that you're creating a life is such a spiritual thing," she says. "Everything is growing, but you're making a life. It's pretty cool."

On the flipside, Simpson has discovered not all the perks of pregnancy are true either.

"People always say that pregnant women have a glow," she says. "And I say it's because you're sweating to death. I think they just tell pregnant women they're glowing to make them feel good about themselves, because everything makes them a little bit emotional."

Contributing to the experience is having her fiancé Eric Johnson at her side every step of the way.

"When I'm tired, I make Eric rub me," she says. "Eric is very, very supportive. We're both extremely excited. He's been to every doctor's appointment with me. We just love it. We can't believe we get to do this, and we get to do it together. We're going to be a rock star family!"

Dakota Fanning's perfume ad banned in the UK for being 'sexually provocative'

A perfume ad featuring "Twilight" actress Dakota Fanning clutching a bottle of perfume has been banned in the United Kingdom after the country's Advertising Standards Authority found it to be inappropriate and "sexually provocative" because of the 17-year-old actress' age and appearance, according to the BBC.

The board said in a statement that the ad "could be seen to sexualize a child."

"We noted that the model [Fanning] was holding up the perfume bottle which rested in her lap between her legs and we considered that its position was sexually provocative," the statement said. "We understood the model was 17-years-old but we considered she looked under the age of 16. We considered that the length of her dress, her leg and position of the perfume bottle drew attention to her sexuality."

"Because of that, along with her appearance, we considered the ad could be seen to sexualize a child," the statement continued. "We therefore concluded that the ad was irresponsible and was likely to cause serious offence."

The ad was for the Oh Lola! perfume by Marc Jacobs and it can be seen above. Coty UK, the company behind the perfume and the ad, said they had not received any complaints about it, despite the fact that it had appeared in several fashion magazines in the country.

The ad first began appearing in print on August 5, 2011. According to the ASA report, Coty UK "did not believe the styling in the ad suggested the model was underage or that the ad was inappropriately sexualized because it did not show any private body parts or sexual activity. They believed the giant perfume bottle was provoking but not indecent."

In August it was reported that Fanning had graduated from high school and was set to attend New York University in the fall.

She is enrolled at NYU's Gallatin School of Individualized Study, a college spokesperson told OnTheRedCarpet.com on Thursday, August 25.

The Georgia native rose to fame as a child actress when she appeared alongside Sean Penn in the 2001 movie "I Am Sam."

In 2002, she starred in the romantic comedy "Sweet Home Alabama," which featured Reese Witherspoon in the main role, and played Allie Keys in the mini-series "Taken" in 2002. Fanning starred in the 2005 reboot of "War of the Worlds" with Tom Cruise and in the 2006 film "Charlotte's Web." In 2009, Fanning starred in the movie "Push" and played the vampire Jane in "The Twilight Saga: New Moon," the second film in the hit series starring Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson.

In 2010, Fanning co-starred with Stewart in the music biopic "The Runaways" and reprised her role in the third "Twilight" movie, "Eclipse." Fanning plays the same part in the fourth and final installment, the two-part "Breaking Dawn." Part 1 is set for release on November 18.

Fanning recently filmed the independent film "Now Is Good" and has several more movies in the works - "Effie" with Emma Thompson, "Mississippi Wild" with Mickey Rourke and "Very Good Girls" with Dustin Hoffman." All films are due out in 2012.

Ashton Kutcher gives up Twitter feed management after Joe Paterno gaffe

Ashton Kutcher announced he was going to hand over the management of his Twitter feed to his company Katalyst Media on Thursday, November 10, following a stream of criticism on the social networking site after he wrote a Tweet defending Penn State football coach Joe Paterno when news broke that Paterno had been fired.

"How do you fire Jo Pa? #insult #noclass as a hawkeye fan I find it in poor taste," Kutcher Tweeted to his 8.2 million followers but later deleted.

The Penn State coach is currently embroiled in a child sex abuse scandal after the team's former defensive coordinator, Jerry Sandusky, was accused of sexually assaulting eight boys over a 15-year period. One of those alleged assaults occurred on the Penn State campus and was witnessed by the assistant coach Mike McQueary, who was a graduate assistant at the time. McQueary reported the incident to Paterno. Paterno then went to the school's athletic director instead of going to police.

After deleting the Tweet, Kutcher apologized for his mistake. "As an advocate in the fight against child sexual exploitation, I could not be more remorseful for all involved in the Penn St. case," he wrote.

Kutcher and wife Demi Moore began a public service announcement campaign in April against human trafficking and child prostitution. "Real Men Don't Buy Girls" PSAs feature celebrities like Sean Penn, Justin Timberlake, Drake, Jason Mraz and Bradley Cooper doing "manly things" like making a grilled cheese sandwich with an iron and fighting a robot.

The campaign faced controversy in July when the Village Voice published a story which criticized the campaign and the statistics and facts Kutcher cited in media interviews.

"As of immediately I will stop tweeting until I find a way to properly manage this feed. I feel awful about this error. Won't happen again," he later added on Wednesday.

On Thursday, Kutcher announced on his blog that he was handing over the management of his Twitter feed to his company Katalyst Media.

"Up until today I have posted virtually every one of my tweets on my own, but clearly the platform has become to [sic] big to be managed by a single individual," Kutcher wrote. "It seems that today that twitter has grown into a mass publishing platform, where ones tweets quickly become news that is broadcasted around the world and misinformation becomes volatile fodder for critics."

He writes that his initial Tweet about Paterno's firing came from a quick view of an ESPN report on television. He later heard more about the story and went back to his Twitter account to correct himself but faced a firestorm of Tweets criticizing him for his lack of knowledge about the Paterno situation.

"I quickly retracted and deleted my previous post, however that didn't seem enough to satisfy people's outrage at my misinformed post. I truly am sorry if I offended anyone and more over am going to take action to ensure that it doesn't happen again," Kutcher said. "While I will continue to express myself through @Aplusk I'm going to turn the management of the feed over to my team at Katalyst Media to ensure the quality of it's content."

The actor apologized once again stating, "My sincere apologies to anyone who I have offended. It was a mistake that I don't think will happen again."

Heavy D's Final Tweet Day of Death: "Be Inspired!"

Heavy D was hopeful and inspirational to the very end.

The "Now That We Found Love" rapper was pronounced dead at age 44 just past noon at a Los Angeles on Tuesday. The star (real name: Dwight Arrington Myers) had collapsed at his Beverly Hills home that morning, but was conscious and speaking when paramedics arrived.

PHOTOS: Stars we've lost

Earlier in the day, he sent an uplifting Twitter message to his followers: "BE INSPIRED!" (He had also eulogized boxing great Joe Frazier, who had passed away in the very early hours Tuesday at age 67.)

PHOTOS: Most shocking celebrity deaths ever

"All glory comes from daring to begin," he wrote Nov. 6. "Never stop believing.. Magic is just science we don't understand," he mused Nov. 4. "Every original idea was considered insanity at first."

Police officers are currently investigating the cause of Myers' death; as of Tuesday afternoon, no clear signs of foul play were detected. Just a month ago, Myers (who also acted in such films as Life, The Cider House Rules and Tower Heist) performed a medley of his hit songs at the BET Hip-Hop Awards.

Mariah Carey: Pregnancy made my voice stronger

NEW YORK (AP) — Mariah Carey is known for her five-octave range, and she says her pregnancy made her voice even stronger.

The 42-year-old gave birth to fraternal twins in April. She recently lost 30 pounds (13 kilograms) and says the process has enhanced her vocals.

"Right now I feel like pregnancy actually helped me vocally," Carey told The Associated Press in an interview Wednesday.

Carey is the new brand ambassador for diet company Jenny Craig, which is now called Jenny. The Grammy-winning singer said she was approached by a lot of different companies after giving birth, but that the folks at Jenny "understood me."

During her pregnancy, Carey dealt with gestational diabetes and toxemia. She says, "You couldn't make me go through that again."

Jermaine Jackson: Michael Wasn't an Addict

Michael Jackson didn't have a drug problem. He just couldn't sleep.

That's according to the late King of Pop's brother Jermaine Jackson, who sat down with Ellen DeGeneres to discuss this week's guilty verdict of Jackson physician Conrad Murray on involuntary manslaughter.

Asked whether he thought it was possible Michael could have hidden an addiction to propofol, the powerful anesthetic that caused the singer's death, Jermaine responds:

No, he wasn't addicted. There was an addiction to Demerol in 2001 in…the early 2000s but that was because of pain. Even during the autopsy report there was no addiction to any of that.

"Michael just wanted to sleep. He did not want to die. He trusted the doctor and the negligence and everything," the Jackson 5er says on the Ellen segement airing today.

Jermaine also says that Michael's death is still devastating for the family.

"It's really sad because we lost an incredible person. To see and hear the verdict…My mother cried and we consoled her and the fans were cheering and everything but it's not bringing Michael back," Jermaine says. "We lost a brother.

As for the Murray verdict, will the maximum four-year sentence the doctor is facing make the family believe justice has been served?

MORE: So True? So False? Is Michael Jackson's Doctor, Conrad Murray, Really on Suicide Watch?

"I think the sentencing was very soft. I mean you would probably do more time if you stole. If you went into the hospital and stole cases of propofol you would probably do more time then," says Jermaine. "And to give him two years for taking a life. Forget about Michael Jackson but taking anyone's life. But it happens to be my brother who loved the world and loved people and did so much for the world. He cared about people, human beings, children."

To that Ellen adds: "Well, clearly we all lost somebody great. That we all have feelings about and memories attached but the fact that a doctor someone we trust like you said, could be allowed to ever possibly get their license back after something like that. That should just be a given that he would never be able to practice again. That should be at the very least. We would know that he would never be able to practice again."

Murray is scheduled to be sentenced on Nov. 29.

"Ha! I just saw the SNL skit they did and I could not stop laughing.... LOL," Khloe Tweeted on Sunday, November 6. She later added when a fan asked why she wasn't offended, "Its SNL... They r supposed 2make fun Its not who we are&I know that."

Her sister Kourtney later reTweeted Khloe's comment and added, "I peed! The @KrisJenner was classic."

Khloe responded, "ha! She was the best one.... But Kourt don't pee LOL."

"Saturday Night Live" spoofed Kim Kardashian's divorce with a fake special called "Kim's Fairytale Divorce," a play on "Kim's Fairytale Wedding: A Kardashian Event," which aired as a two-night, four-hour special on E! just weeks before Kardashian filed for divorce on October 31.

The 31-year-old "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star filed for divorce at a Los Angeles court. The couple's date of separation is also listed as October 31. The 31-year-old cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split. This was Kardashian's second marriage. She and Humphries, 26, have no children.

Kardashian and Humphries, a basketball player, began dating in late 2010 and announced their engagement in May.

Lindsay Lohan completes Playboy cover shoot, rep calls photos 'tasteful'

Lindsay Lohan will soon grace the cover of Playboy magazine after completing a "successful photo shoot," her spokesperson says.

The announcement was made on Monday, November 7, following recent reports that said the 25-year-old actress would pose naked for the publication and soon after Lohan completed a shortened Los Angeles jail sentence for a probation violation. It marked her fifth stint behind bars.

"Lindsay has completed a successful photo shoot for Playboy magazine and will be on the cover of the January/February issue, which hits newsstands in late December," the actress' spokesperson told OnTheRedCarpet.com. "The pictorial is absolutely fantastic and very tasteful, and will be accompanied by an interview that will let readers see another side of Lindsay."

It is unclear if Lohan posed naked or will be featured nude in the magazine, known for its revealing photos of female actresses, singers and other entertainers as well as of new models.

"Our cover girl for our January/February issue is @LindsayLohan!" a message on Playboy's Twitter page said on Monday.

The actress, a former child star known for films such as "The Parent Trap," "Freaky Friday" and "Mean Girls," had stripped down for a nude photo shoot in 2008, when she recreated a 1962 spread by late Hollywood star and sex symbol Marilyn Monroe, who had also posed for Playboy, for a New York Magazine feature. Lohan also appeared naked in the 2010 film "Machete," although she reportedly used a body double.

On Sunday evening, Lohan checked herself into a Los Angeles jail to serve a 30-day jail sentence for violating her probation, stemming from a 2007 drunken driving and cocaine possession case. She was released from custody after less than five hours due to overcrowding, which is common in California.

Lohan's probation was revoked last month after a judge ruled the actress violated it by skipping community service appointments at a women's shelter.

Lohan was earlier this year ordered to complete 480 hours of community service at the facility and at a morgue as part of a sentence handed down for a misdemeanor theft charge, which had in itself constituted a violation of her 2007 probation. The judge handed down her 30-day jail sentence on November 2 and reinstated the actress' probation.

She also ordered Lohan to complete the remainder of her hours at the morgue and undergo therapy.Lohan's next court appearance was scheduled for Dec. 14.

Joy Behar: I waited until the parents were dead to marry

Joy Behar, a co-host on ABC's daytime talk show "The View," revealed that she waited for their parents to die before marrying her boyfriend of 29 years, Steve Janowitz.

"I waited until all the parents were dead," Behar joked on "Rachael Ray" on Monday. "So I have no in-laws at all. He has none and I have none. 'Cause marriage is mostly about in-laws, I find. They always want you to visit them and come for lasagna."

The 69-year-old TV personality didn't have what Ray called "buyer's remorse" after the wedding, but she joked that the relationship took a little training for the feeling to be mutual.

"I'm perfect," Behar said. "All of my husbands had the same problem with me. I lose things. But I have trained them all to locate where I left my brassieres, for example. I'll say 'Where is that brassiere?' and they'll say 'It's hanging on the bathroom door.' Stuff like that. I lose things and I fall. These are my two things."

Behar and Janowitz got married on August 12 in New York City.

"She and Steve Janowitz, her 'spousal equivalent' of 29 years were married in a private ceremony last night in NYC," an ABC representative told to OnTheRedCarpet.com in a statement. "She will discuss it all on Sept. 6 when 'The View' kicks off Season 15 live."

Behar's wedding on August 11 also marked the 14th anniversary of "The View," which debuted on August 11, 1997.

In 2009, the talk show host announced that she planned to marry Janowitz, who she often refers to as her "spousal equivalent," but she said she had called off the engagement later that year due to "cold feet."

Behar and Janowitz are reportedly on their honeymoon. Behar cheekily wrote on Twitter, "Gone Fishing," on Friday evening.

Behar has appeared in several movies including "Hall Pass," "Cookie" and "Manhattan Murder Mystery." She also hosts "The Joy Behar Show" on CNN's sister network, HLN.

Behar, who was born Josephina Victoria Occhiuto, was previously married to Joe Behar. The couple married in January 1965 and divorced in 1981. They have one daughter, Eve, who was born in 1970.
