What's Really Goin On?

Brandy was spotted out and about with her "Dancing With The Stars" dance partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy both looking ridiculous. The 43-year old Grammy award winning rocker was wearing a cowl neck blouse, black leather pants and wedge-heeled boots that look like shoes Lady Gaga would wear.
