R&B sensation Ciara make-up was popping but her outfit was not. The sexy diva wore a camouflage short skirt, white t-shirt with wording and sexy Alexander Wang knee high peep toe Freja boots to Power 105's Power Live concert. Dedicated fans stood outside in the pouring rain for hours to see Ciara and others perform. We just hope this was one of her in between the show outfits and not the actually performance wear.
