Miley Cyrus has been keeping herself out of the spotlight lately but we spotted her in Manhattan looking not so great. The pop star was wearing white daisy dukes, black knee high boots, a black top to match and an oversized cross around her neck. We understand that Cyrus has been busy shooting her new film in Michigan so we're going to give her this down day.
