Kelly Osbourne is such a pretty girl however we can't say the same for her mess of a dress she's donning for a routine picture. Osbourne smiled for the cameras while wearing a grey frock that looked like it was made out of dryer sheets. She complimented the dress with grey peep-toe shoes and an updo coif.
