DeVante Swing - whose real name is Donald DeGrate Jr. - of the 90's R&B group Jodeci was caught on tape drunk at a Subway in Burbank, CA this past weekend. Cops said he was so sloppy drunk that he couldn't even walk straight. Law enforcements said they received a call from a concerned citizen who saw DeVante crashing into tables and falling on the floor. When the officers arrived they arrested the 41-year old singer and hauled him off to jail. DeVante was released later that night around 11pm after he had sobered up.
