Vanessa Williams is usually a sharp dresser however this baggy, unflattering beige ensemble is just not red carpet material. The "Ugly Betty" star looks as if she's attending flight school or an African safari. The necklace she's wearing is cute but it doesn't say anything with the rest of the outfit. I guess this was one of her off days maybe next time we'll catch her with something a little bit more flattering for her shape.
