Lauryn Hill has been MIA for years so when she reemerged at the 7th Annual Rock the Bell Festival in NYC last week we couldn't help but take notice of the horrific ensemble she donned. The Fugees' former frontwoman was wearing an over sized green coat, striped ruffled blouse and cream high waist trousers that appeared to be too big. We really anticipate Hill's return however we hope she invests in a stylist for a proper comeback.
