Earth tone colors are usually great choice however in Anne Heche case it was not so. The actress appeared on "The Late Show With David Letterman" donning an all brown skirt and top that looked lopsided or the sewing wasn't complete. Her hair was the only thing that looked decent although it could have used some help as well.
