Kristen Stewart's 'Twilight: Breaking Dawn' wedding dress replica hits stores

Twi-hards everywhere will now be able to look like Bella Swan did when she walked down the aisle in "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1."

The wedding dress featured in the film worn by Kristen Stewart was originally designed by Carolina Herrera and Summit Entertainment has given the green light to bridal retailer Alfred Angelo to make a replica of the gown to sell in their stores.

The dress went on sale Tuesday, November 22 for $799. It features the same lace-trimmed sleeves and plunging neck-line Swan wore for exchanging vows with Edward Cullen for their big wedding in the movie.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the gown featured in "Breaking Dawn - Part 1" was made out of silk while the replica is made of liquid satin.

The penultimate film in the "Twilight Saga" franchise opened big in its debut weekend with $139.5 million. The film reportedly made $283 million worldwide.

The domestic total gave "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1" the second-best debut weekend for the franchise, after the $142.8 million launch for 2009's "The Twilight Saga: New Moon."

"The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1" depicts the wedding of Bella Swan, a human played by Kristen Stewart, and Robert Pattinson's character, vampire Edward Cullen, and the consequences of their union. The movie is the first part of the fourth installment of the fantasy romance series, which is based on the novels by Stephenie Meyer.

The movie also stars other returning cast members such as Ashley Greene, Nikki Reed, Kellan Lutz and Jackson Rathbone, who play Cullen's adopted siblings. Their parents are portrayed by Peter Facinelli and Elizabeth Reaser.

The previous three movies, the first of which was released in 2008, have grossed more than 1.8 billion worldwide. The second part of "Breaking Dawn" is due to be released on Nov. 16, 2012.
