"FURIOUS AND DEVASTATED"
Lady Gaga was photographed leaving her hotel in London on December 17, in town for her "Monster Ball Tour" appearance at the O2 Arena. Of course, Gaga was dressed in true Gaga fashion, pairing a patterned silk maxi dress with a gold coin belt and black leather motorcycle jacket. From there, patent leather gloves, oversized black sunglasses, drop earrings, and her trademark sky-high patent leather platform boots completed her look. And let's not forget the bright red lip! While this outfit may not work for 99.9% of the population, there's no doubt that the Lady is rocking it. If you're a fan of her style and want to incorporate this look (in a much more wearable way) into your wardrobe, try pairing a patterned maxi dress (such as Lotta Stensson's Tie Dye Halter Dress in Black/White or RaMona LaRue's Stella Dress in Alligator) with a biker jacket like Muu Baa's Double Zip Relax Jacket in Black. Finish things off with delicate earrings, like Calico Juno Designs' Peridot Hammered Curl Earring in Gold and a red lip, and voila. Insta-Gaga! For those of you who were planning on seeing Gaga's concert in Paris last night, she took to her Twitter to announce how "furious and devastated" she was that French authorities had detained her tour buses. She tweeted: "All 28 of my trucks for the Monsterball were detained by the French government going on over 26 hrs, 2 of my employees were arrested trying to get into Paris so we could perform. I am furious and devastated, its unfair to my fans and to me.I asked if I could do a stripped version of show, but there would be no sound or power source, its all been detained. I'm so sorry, angry + sad." However, all is well that ends well, as the Lady later tweeted: "The cancelled Paris show is rescheduled for Tuesday, 2moro's show will happen as planned. I promise to give u the nights of ure life. X" Little Monsters rejoice!
