Timberlake, 30, took his mother -- and not Biel, 29, -- as his date to the Academy Awards last month. He and Biel began dating in 2007.
The "SexyBack" singer previously dated Britney Spears and Cameron Diaz. Biel, who next stars in New Year's Eve, has been linked to Chris Evans.
