LILO'S ROLE MODEL?

Looking like a Bohemian princess, Drew Barrymore arrives at the Chanel & Charles Finch Pre-Oscar Dinner Celebrating Fashion & Film in a gorgeous billowing chiffon dress at Madeo Restaurant in Los Angeles on February 26. Drew was escorted to the event by her new boyfriend Will Kopelman, whose father is the former head of Chanel USA. Drew was absolutely glowing as she floated into the event, pairing her ultra feminine printed maxi (try Meghan Los Angeles' Apple Dress in Ivory) with a sparkly blazer (like Line's Sadie Button Cardigan in Caviar) and gold satin clutch (add some flair with Whiting & Davis' similarly shaped Leopard Big Ball Kisslock Bag in Leopard). Drew added a little edge with a black leather cuff (like Rocco e Dante Handbags' Jack Cuff in Black) and completed the look with an elegant gold necklace (love Kuo Ting's Gold Pebble Necklace in Gold). What do you think of Drew's dramatic look? I absolutely love her beachy ombre waves here, the laidback style is a perfect complement to her sophisticated frock. I wish the dress had a bit more shape to it, maybe a belt or lower neckline to break up the print? Drew has done a great job making a name for herself as an actress, model and producer in the wake of her troubled teenage years, and according to friends of Lindsay Lohan she's become an inspiration to get her career back on track, despite her current legal battles. A friend dished to Showbiz: "Lindsay sees Drew as her role model and she’s hoping she might convince her to work with her as a producer, director or actress. They have some mutual friends that Lindsay is hoping might help in some way. Drew understands what it’s like to grow up in the spotlight and suffer from not having a normal childhood so Lindsay is hoping she will take pity on her." I think she can keep dreaming, but what about you – does LiLo deserve a helping hand?

  1. I think Drew will get pregnant this year... this dress is hinting on something I suppose. Love it.
