Kate's hair, the paper points out, "competes with her legs as being her stand-out feature."
However, if Camilla Parker Bowles has a say, she is "desperate" to persuade the princess-to-be to adhere to royal tradition and wear a tiara, according to the paper.
But with some reports pointing to a Philip Treacy topper as Kate's after-wedding headwear, the question of her hair being up or down still dividing royal watchers, and the Palace refusing to comment, what we'll see on Kate's head April 29 remains very much up in the air.
