Nicolas Care was arrested in New Orleans early Saturday morning for domestic abuse, OnTheRedCarpet.com has confirmed. Official records state that the actor was arrested for one count of domestic abuse battery and one count of disturbing the peace at 6:33 a.m. and is still in custody as of 12 p.m. ET. Cage has been married to his third wife Alice Kim for almost seven years. They have one son together, 5 year old Kal-El, who was named after Superman's birth name. Cage's most recent movies, "Season of the Witch" and "Drive Angry 3D" flopped at the box office. Cage won a Best Actor Oscar for his role in the 1995 movie, "Leaving Las Vegas." The actor's rep had no immediate comment on the report.
