Atlanta’s ‘Real Housewife’ Kim Zolciak to move into Roswell mansion

"Real Housewife of Atlanta" Kim Zolciak and her Atlanta Falcons boyfriend Kroy Biermann now appear to be moving into an 11,000-square-foot mansion they've been eying for a month and a half.

Elite Real Estate Properties' Rebecca Currie, who is the listing agent for the mansion, confirmed Tuesday to Yahoo Atlanta that Zolciak signed a lease agreement with former NBA star Antonio Davis, owner of the Roswell home. It's been somewhat of a long haul getting this deal done. Reports surfaced (thanks to some social network posts) in early March that Zolciak was interested in the home -- either to purchase or rent. But negotiations either stalled or went back and forth for several weeks. Currie would not discuss terms of the lease or say when the star couple plan to occupy the home.

The mansion was first listed in July 2009 for $4.2 million and later dropped to $3.25 million. The two-acre Roswell estate is listed at 11,000 square feet with three full kitchens, elevator and a covered porch that overlooks a full sports court. There are two large laundry rooms, his and hers walk-in closets with built-in shelving and drawers. There is a morning kitchen and sitting area with a fireplace in the master bedroom. Formal dining room has butlers pantry with china and silver dish-washing drawers. There's a terrace level media screening room that seats 30. Half bath in terrace can be a full bath. Rodney Ho's Radio and TV blog at the AJC reported last week that Zolciak (and RHOA co-star NeNe Leakes) are in talks with Bravo to do spinoff shows. Zolciak's show would potentially be about her life with Biermann and her new baby, due soon, according to the report.

Davis was a longtime NBA player who broke in with the Indiana Pacers and averaged as many as 14 points per game and 10 rebounds per game in a productive 15-year career.
