When "The View" returns for its 15th season on September 6, they'll have not one, but two newlyweds on the panel.
Joy Behar married her longtime boyfriend of 29 years on Friday and now Sherri Shepherd tied the knot with fiancé Lamar Sally on Saturday.
Though Shepherd Tweeted about being in a wedding dress on Saturday, her spokesperson confirmed the news to People magazine. The couple wed in a small ceremony in Chicago and "The View" co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck served as a bridesmaid. Other bridesmaids included former "Dancing With The Stars" contestant Niecy Nash and "Community" actress Yvette Nicole Brown.
Shepherd's six-year-old son Jeffrey reportedly walked her down the aisle.
Shepherd announced her engagement in January. Sally, a TV writer, proposed to her on December 26. The couple had been dating for over a year and was introduced by the Nash's husband. This will be the second marriage for the 44-year-old. She was previously married to Jeff Tarpley from 2001 to 2009. A special about the wedding will air on the Style network on September 13.
On Saturday, Shepherd sent out a curious Tweet asking her followers, "What happens when you are in your wedding dress and you have to tinkle? Uh-oh!"
