Joan Rivers is claiming that the Fox News channel cancelled an upcoming appearance by Ms. Rivers after the commedienne criticized Sarah Palin, calling Ms. Palin "stupid."Ms. Rivers was scheduled to appear Thursday morning on Fox News.
Ms. Palin is a paid contributor on the Fox News channel.
Fox denies the allegation, saying only that news developments caused the network, which has cultivated a reputation is a news outlet with a conservative slant, to reschedule Ms. Rivers for a later date.
