Lindsay Lohan denies Ali Lohan plastic surgery rumors

Lindsay Lohan is speaking up for her younger sister Ali Lohan after reports surfaced online that the 17-year-old model had plastic surgery.

"She has never," Lohan told E! News when asked if Ali Lohan had plastic surgery.

The website has posted the image, taken earlier this week, which sparked the rumors. Several other sites initially posted different photos of Ali Lohan, comparing images of her from several months ago to the controversial one taken recently. The reports implied that the stark difference between the two photos was the result of plastic surgery.

Ali Lohan's modeling agency NEXT Model Management, also denied the reports. Lohan was signed as a client to the agency in August. Ali Lohan had previously modeled for her sister's clothing line 6126. In the image above on the right, Ali Lohan can be seen modeling for the clothing line in 2010.

"Contrary to recent reports, I can confirm that Aliana Lohan has not had any surgery. As a young girl who is growing up, it's natural for her facial features to change slightly, and we see this with many of the younger models we represent," Alexis Borges, the Next model Management agency director told E! News. "Aliana is a beautiful 17-year-old girl who is growing into her face and body, as is the norm for someone of her age. We take pastoral care of our models very seriously and encourage the models to maintain a healthy lifestyle and body shape."

Ali Lohan previously starred with her mother Dina Lohan in a reality series called "Living Lohan" in 2008. The show lasted one season.

Meanwhile, Lindsay Lohan plans to continue her film career and is set to play Kim Gotti in the new film "Gotti: Three Generations," which stars John Travolta as mob boss John Gotti, Sr., her character's father-in-law.
