Jennifer Aniston is one of the many female celebrities plagued by pregnancy rumors. However, according to the actress herself, she is not sweating the media pressure to have a child.
"There's no desperation," Aniston told Elle magazine for its Women in Hollywood November issue about wanting a child. "If it's meant to be, it's meant to be. I'm at peace with whatever the plan is."
The 42-year-old former "Friends Star" and "Horrible Bosses" actress has been romantically linked to "Tropic Thunder" co-writer and actor Justin Theroux, 39, since May.
The couple has reportedly been house-hunting since July, but have been living in a two-bedroom Hollywood Hills rental house since August 1, while they keep looking for the perfect home.
The actress moved out of her Beverly Hills home in July after deciding she needed to "simplify" her life. The property sold for $38 million.
Aniston also revealed in the interview that she once threw a chair at a male director because he was being disrespectful to a crew member on the set of one of her films, though Aniston never reveals the name of the director.
"I threw a chair at a director. It wasn't my proudest moment," the actress admits. "He was treating a script supervisor horribly... When the director walked in, I threw a chair at him. I missed, of course. I was like, 'You can't speak to people like that.' I can't tolerate it."
Aniston will next appear opposite Paul Rudd in the comedy "Wanderlust," about an urban couple who leaves the city to try a counter-culture lifestyle. Theroux also stars in the film, which is slated for release on October 7, 2011.
The actress was also with Dr. Jill Biden, wife of Vice President Joe Biden, recently to tour the Inova Health System's new Breast Care Institute in Alexandria, Va., in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness month. Aniston is also one of the executive producers and a director of the Lifetime movie "Five," which features five short films about breast cancer. The project premieres on the Lifetime network on October 10 at 9 p.m.
