Does Lindsay Lohan owe a limo company some $90,000?
The company Elite Transportation Limo and Security Services recently filed a lawsuit against the actress, saying she reserved limos for her friends and family and used the company's services herself between February and May of 2009, but did not pay for them.
However, the actress' spokesperson told OnTheRedCarpet.com: "We're not aware of any lawsuit. We haven't been served with anything, so we can't comment on a lawsuit that has not been served or seen."
Court records show the company filed the suit on October 7 at a Los Angeles court.
According to documents obtained by OnTheRedCarpet.com, Elite also says that in January 2010, the actress was managed by the company Tri Star Sports and Entertainment Group, which "repeatedly made promises" to pay for the transportation servives but never did so.
It says Lohan's original bill was $32,515. With monthly 5 percent late charges of $58,070.79 - the first of which was applied in January 2010, the actress' total unpaid balance, as of the end of August, is $90,585.79, Elite says in its filing.
In its lawsuit, Elite provides what it says are invoices that show the company provided transportation for Lohan at a "VIP hourly rate of between $55 and $1,000," picking her up and dropping her off at a Hollywood residence, several airports, the Chateau Marmont Hotel in West Hollywood - a popular party spot, a Lakers basketball game at Staples Center and a drug and alcohol rehabilitation program near the city.
Private bodyguard service was also gven, the invoices state. The actress has often been seen with security personnel and has for years been hounded by celebrity photographers while dealing with personal legal turmoils. Lohan is currently on probation for a misdemeanor theft case and for a 2007 drunken driving and cocaine possession charge.
