Kendall Jenner, Kim Kardashian's 15-year-old sister, appears in a new ad campaign for the Australian swimwear company White Sands."The collection has both an ethereal and strong side and we wanted a model that could capture both," White Sands designer Leah Madden told People magazine. "As we were casting for the campaign we came across Kendall's portfolio and loved her softness and strength. She actually made it to the top of our list before we knew her background!"
In the photos, Jenner styled the company's deep-cut one-pieces and high-waisted bikinis for the spring/summer 2012 collection. The teenage model also made her runway debut in Sherri Hill's show at New York fashion week in September.
Jenner made headlines earlier in the year when Justin Bieber tried to set her up with his friend, music producer Julian Swirsky. The two recently agreed a double date was in the works with Bieber and his girlfriend Selena Gomez on Ryan Seacrest's radio show.
Kendall Jenner is the daughter of Bruce Jenner and his wife Kris, who is the mother of Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian. The family appears on the E! reality series "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" and several spin-offs.
Kendall Jenner made headlines last year for posing in a skimpy bikini in a beach photo shoot. The model, who was 14 at the time, told People magazine that she did not mean "to be provocative or too racy," adding: "I am happy with my age, and am not trying to rush into anything too soon. I look forward to all the milestones my teens have to offer - Sweet 16, turning 18, and so on."
Jenner's little sister Kylie has also ventured into modeling and made her debut at Avril Lavigne's Abbey Dawn runway show during New York fashion week in September.
Lavigne is known for her punk rocker style and has been dating Jenner's brother Brody, a 28-year-old model and socialite who also appeared on the MTV reality show "The Hills," since early 2010.
