Meanwhile, Hewitt is also set to star in a new Lifetime series based on the cable network's television film "The Client List," although this time, her character is more than just a massage therapist - she appears to be a madam and will also serve as an executive producer of the show, which will debut in 2012, according to a statement obtained by OnTheRedCarpet.com.

The new series tells of a Texas housewife who begins working at a day spa after her husband deserts her and leaves her in deep financial straits, Lifetime's statement said, adding: "When she realizes massages aren't the only services on the menu, she quickly grabs the opportunity to relieve her financial hardships by partnering with the parlor's feisty and disorganized owner to run the business."

In the 2010 film, her character remains married and works at the spa as a massage therapist who, like her co-workers, performs sexual services for her clients, including powerful businessmen.
