From one "High School Musical" star to another, Ashley Tisdale walked the blue carpet of the 2011 People's Choice Awards that was held in downtown LA on January 5. Did Ashley confuse this awards show for the Miss Hawaiian Tropic competition? She showed up majorly bronzed, and I'm really interested to hear your thoughts on Ashley's faux glow. Do you like her better with her natural skin tone, or are you liking her skin's new hue? For her ensemble, Ashley chose a boho-chic Farah Angsana Spring 2011 maxi dress, along with Dana Rebecca Designs jewelry and a Swarovski clutch. To get a similar look, try starting with either Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent's Strapless Long Dress in Pansy or Sue Wong's Bollywood Party Dress in Multi and then tote a timeless clutch, like Whiting & Davis' Classic Facile Clutch in Pewter. Add on a pair of gorgeous drop earrings (check out Anna Beck's Sterling Silver Dish Earring) and you'll be set. While Ashley's television show "Hellcats" was nominated at the People's Choice Awards in the Favorite New Show category, she didn't end up winning. However, the actress sent out a gracious Tweet that said: "I just wanted to thank all my amazing followers for voting, even tho we didn't win it's really appreciated :) u guys r awesome."
