'Real Housewives of Miami' cast revealed

Bravo is turning up the heat with the latest addition to the "Real Housewives" franchise. The network has headed to the Sunshine State for "The Real Housewives of Miami."

"The newest series of the Housewives franchise adds a unique flavor as the show goes inside this cultural hot spot," the network said in a statement. "'The Real Housewives of Miami' follows six of the most connected and influential women of Miami as they live their lives to the fullest in this sunny city where the party never stops."

Among the lucky ladies who are sure to keep things lively when the show premieres on February 22:

Lea Black: Married to top criminal defense attorney Roy Black, the Texas native is a community leader devoted to raising her 9-year-old son as well as raising funds for her charity.

Marysol Patton: A divorcee, Patton owns public relations firm the Patton Group. When not throwing parties for her A-list clients, she's hanging with her mom Elsa, a "seer" who is respected for her spiritual guidance.

Adriana DeMoura-Sidi: Following a traumatic divorce, the art curator and full-time mom is already engaged again — but the Brazilian bombshell's fiery and flirty ways keep everyone buzzing.

Alexia Echevarria: Nicknamed the “Cuban Barbie," Echevarria is the executive editor of Venue magazine, which spotlights the hottest fashions and Latin celebrities. A mom of two, she admits that she sometimes acts as more of an older sister than a disciplinarian to her two sons.

Cristy Rice: Recently divorced from NBA superstar Glen Rice, Cristy is living the single life to the fullest. When not out on the town or dealing with relationship drama, she's running her own clothing store and raising three kids.

Larsa Pippen: The wife of NBA star Scottie Pippen, Bravo describes Larsa as "a snarky Lebanese beauty" who boasts that she is successful at everything she does, including playing mom to four young kids. She keeps plenty busy turning her boys into star athletes, spoiling her one-year-old daughter and firing nannies, but always manages to spend a little time on herself.

In other "Housewives" news, Bravo has announced that the premiere date for "The Real Housewives of New York" has been pushed back and it will now air in the spring.
