Artist Chris Brown received some great news while in court earlier this week. The singer was charged in 2009 for assaulting then girlfriend Rihanna which resulted in a five years probation, community service and restraining order requiring Brown to remain 50 yards away from Rihanna.In Tuesday's ruling that Brown and his lawyer attended, the judge who has repeatedly praised Chris for his consistency reduced the restraining order to level one.
Los Angeles Supreme Court Judge Patricia Schnegg reduced the restraining order to only prevent Brown from “harassing' bothering or molesting'' or annoying Rihanna.” The new ruling allows Brown to speak to Rihanna.
